Odd things

Flipping through the channels yesterday and came across the Trinity network. A lovely little Christian network. And I was taken aback by seeing Kirk Cameron....with his own show....on a Christian network. Now I know he found God shortly after Growing Pains and did those awful end-of-the-world-Christian movies that sucked ass and I am ashamed to have seen. But this show was something else. he accosts people on the street and strikes up conversations with them about Jesus, using the non-confrontational methods of Jesus himself to convert people. I watched about five minutes of it, got disgusted, and changed the station.

Also read a great article on CNN.com about how Michael Moore's Farenheit 9/11 will no doubt influence the upcoming election and Busg being kept out of the White House. Of course, I can't seem to find it again. Seems to have been stricken from the site. Gee....how odd.

Trying desperately to get back into college to teach. I miss it. Even it is to pick up one or two classes to balance out everything else.

9/11 panel investigation results are very interesting. But what exactly si to be trusted and what will turly be the end result of all of this. Those who were naive to believe, and still are, that these war actiond were justified and made with the best intentions need to get their heads checked.
