Crossing and Hoping...Do the Same

Who is turning out to be a very good friend, as opposed to a casual friend, dropped a serendipitous piece of information in my lap and if all works out and is agreed upon I won't have to worry about finding a place to live because I will be moving into a 2-bedroom 20s style house. And it would cost me less than what I pay now for my apartment. I would be great to have a house to myself and have that space. I won't say more about it as to not jinx it, but hope that it works out folks.
