Sleeping to Dream...Or at Least Trying to

Well I finally spent the night in my new place after much difficulty falling asleep. It will probably take me a while to feel comfy and at home. Of course, it did not help that around midnight I went into the bathroom and was treated to roaches scurrying to hide as I turned on the light. Most people who know me know I cannot STAND roaches and will run screaming from the room. I was not well. I killed what I could and upong several visits following, they seemed to grow in number. THANKFULLY, it seemed contained to the bathroom because I would have packed and left if it had been the whole place. I can't really freak out though because that is what happens to an empty place: the creatures move in. I don't mind spiders. I think of them as clean-up crews. But roaches NEED TA GO!

Some light cleaning left to do at the old apartment and some furniture to be bought for new place, when I get money, and then all will be well. Tony is out of town, Jorge is leaving town, I feel lonely. Sniff Sniff...

Hope everyone has a great Halloween. What are you dressing up as?
